PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT

Looking for Personal Relationship support services? the lowdown are here to help! We provide free counselling & advice to young people throughout Northamptonshire including: Northampton, Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Oundle, Rushden and Towcester.

Personal Relationships covers how you get on with other people like your partner, family members, work colleagues, neighbours, friends and acquaintances.

You have different kinds of relationships with different people, and how those relationships are and feel can change from time to time for a number of reasons. Sometimes you can enjoy happy relationships that feel great, while at other times they might be unhappy, unhealthy or difficult for you to deal with. Relationships that are not going well can affect your happiness, behaviour, health, self esteem and general well being.

You’re not alone

Most of us will experience a difficult personal relationship (often more than one) at some time during our lives. Sometimes relationships feel hard, strained or out of our control and we may not understand why. Human beings are complex; we all face different pressures in our daily lives and have different points of view. Relationships can be very frustrating at times and talking about this can help.

We can help

We helped 286 people like you deal with PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS last year. Because we’re outside of the situation, we can help you to understand what’s happening in the relationship you’re struggling with. Understanding the issues and talking through your experiences can help you to cope.
