Suicide is when you choose to end your own life. Feelings of despair, distress or loss of hope can lead you to have suicidal thoughts or feelings.

Suicidal feelings often emerge as a result of depression and reaching a point where you can see no other way to cope. It can feel at the time as if you have no other choice, but don’t give up hope as there is always a solution even though you may need help to find it. It’s very difficult to look at a situation clearly when you are depressed and suicidal, but there is plenty of help available which can help you to work through these difficulties and we are here to help you find another way out of the situation you are in.

Suicide and suicidal feelings can also affect you if someone you know has or has attempted to take their own life. It can lead to many feelings of confusion, loss, guilt, bereavement, anger and unanswered questions and again if you find yourself in this position, we are here listen and to help you.
