The aim of the wellbeing service is to support young people and their parents to promote a positive sense of wellbeing.

At the lowdown we offer a variety of wellbeing services for 11-25 year olds and parents / guardians / carers, designed to support emotionally when you need it most.

Wellbeing Services

Our drop-in offers one-off confidential emotional support sessions, in which our Wellbeing Navigators (WBNs) will offer a listening ear, self-help resources or signposting to in-house services or other services in the area.

Please note: These are not counselling sessions but face to face one off support, offering low level interventions, coping strategies and resilience building. Parents can also be seen at the drop-in if they are a parent to a young person who is under 25. Their child does not necessarily have to be in our services already.

If you are interested in coming to our activity based workshops, where you can meet others your age and learn different ways to cope, send us an email!
