the lowdown is Mental Health charity, providing free and confidential support services for 11- 25 year olds in Northamptonshire. Our services include counselling, wellbeing drop-ins, LGBTQ+ support, practical support and sexual health.

We are members of the REACH partnership providing professional and confidential services for young people across Northamptonshire.
