Our Drop-In service will still be open 1pm-6pm on Monday 22nd December, Monday 29th December and Friday 2nd January.
Our Admins Office and RE:Start Service re-opens on Monday 5th January 2026.
All other services will re-open from Tuesday 6th January 2026.

Our Information and Guidance Drop In provides in the moment help with practical issues for 8-25 year olds. We offer a listening ear and support for anything that you may be experiencing.

If you are aged 8 to 25 years old and need support with your mental health or wellbeing, we’re here to listen and help you in your time of need. We are here to help you stay safe and make informed decisions.
Our Sexual Health Service for 14-25 year olds is open every Monday to Friday 1pm – 6pm. This 1:1 support will be given by a member of our Drop-In team – see our meet our team page for more information

Below is an information pack explaining where and how you enter the drop-in, what to do on arrival and what to expect once you are in the building. It also highlights sensory items and guidance to help you feel comfortable if you are anxious or start to feel overwhelmed.


Being part of a loving family is important, whether parents, carers, or children. All families have their issues and challenges, drawing from the growing body of research from positive psychology and the science of wellbeing, there are tips, skills, and tools we can use to take practical actions that can help increase how happy we all feel and that can help us function better individually and together.
The Happier Families programme aims to support families to learn about and try out these tips, skills, and tools to boost the wellbeing of individual members and the family, to improve the quality of the time they spend together. It’s aims are to provide a toolkit to help participants:

This programme is run countywide across Northamptonshire, with our REACH partner agencies. Therefore, if you fall into one of our partner agencies areas, we may forward your referral onto them. Our wellbeing co-ordinator will contact you to discuss this. Or visit www.reachyouthcounselling.org.uk to find your local REACH partner.
