Espresso Yourself Wellbeing Café

We are now running a Wellbeing Café on Monday and Friday evenings between 4 pm and 8 pm at our Kingswell Street building in Northampton. The Espresso Yourself Café is for young people aged 11-18 years and their parents/carers.

If you need support with your mental health or find yourself in crisis then we’re here to listen and help in your time of need.

Our drop-in sessions have professional mental health workers who can offer you a safe space to talk and to be listened to. There will also be group activities and peer support as well as a Parent Zone downstairs.

If you’d like to come along to the Espresso Yourself Café you can either drop in during opening times or call us on 01604 634385 to book an appointment with a support worker.

“You don’t have to tackle a crisis on your own. There is support available…”
