Espresso Yourself Wellbeing Café

The Espresso Yourself Café is for young people aged 11-18 years and their parents/carers every Monday and Friday evening between 4pm and 8pm at our Kingswell Street building in Northampton. If you are unable to drop in then you can gain support remotely by video or phone call.

If you need support with your mental health or find yourself in crisis then we’re here to listen and help you in your time of need. Our drop-in sessions have professional mental health workers who can offer you a safe space to talk and be listened to. There will also be group activities & peer support. We’d also like you to tell us what you need from us, and how best we can help and support you in times of crisis.

Parents and carers are also welcome to gain support, advice and information on our services.

If you’d like to come along to the Espresso Yourself Café at the lowdown you can either drop in during opening times or call us on 01604 634385 to book an appointment with a support worker.

Alternative times/locations are available with other friendly service providers too – see Espresso Yourself poster for details!

In the future we aim to run more wellbeing workshops for young people. Past workshops have included topics such as:

19-25 year olds drop-in

If you are aged between 19-25 and need support with your mental health, we are here to listen at our drop-in every Monday 4pm – 8pm. It’s a confidential, non-judgemental space for you to gain advice, coping strategies and support.

Support is offered face-to-face or you can connect remotely via video call or phone (if you live in Northamptonshire). Drop in or call 01604 634385 to book an appointment.

Happier Families Parent Support Drop-In

We know that Parents and Carers may also need support, therefore we provide a weekly drop-in session every Friday 6-8pm for parents and carers of 5-16 year olds. Come along if you need to offload, explore strategies to improve relationships at home and spend time with people in a similar situation. Support can be given both face-to-face or remotely via video or phone.

Either drop in during our opening times or call 01604 634385 to book an appointment.
