The MeeTwo app provides a safe and secure forum for teenagers wanting to discuss any issue affecting their lives.
You can anonymously get advice from experts or other teenagers going through similar experiences in areas such as mental health, self-harming, relationships and friendships.
The Barnardo’s Hub has a wealth of resources and advice for families and young people regarding emotional wellbeing.

Calm Harm is an app designed to help people resist or manage the urge to self-harm with timed activities designed to help young people ‘ride the wave’.
It’s private and password protected.
Headspace is a guided meditation app designed to give you the tools and resources to look after your mind. The free trial for Headspace includes ten free sessions at a time to suit you plus sleepcasts and informative blog posts.
During the COVID pandemic if you are unemployed you can get a FREE YEAR of Headspace Plus.
Calm is an app which can help regulate sleep, reduce stress and improve your general wellbeing.
To get full access to the app it is a paid service but they do have free resources on their website.
